Great Heron Closeup
Well, it’s not often I get a picture like this one. The other day, I was watching a great blue heron on the ground in Beacon Hill Park, when it made a sudden movement, and I realized it had snatched a dragonfly out of the air. Lucky that I had my camera, and that I moved quickly enough (the camera works faster than I do!), I caught this super photo. I never would have been able to do this with my old camera.
