Mount St. Helens Closer Up
The view from the Johnston Ridge Observatory, not too far away from the peak. Note the small sulfur plume coming from the peak - apparently on most days it's too hazy to see the peak. Observe the as-yet unrecovered terrain immediately around the volcano. Amazing sight.
